What is a Rent to buy contract? |

is an option to buy combined
with an agreement to rent. |

can be for a period of between 3
and 24 months. |

· |
gives you the exclusive right to
buy the property (under the
terms agreed) at any time during
the duration of the contract at
the original agreed price. |

· |
gives you a tenancy in the
property for the duration of the
contract. |

(Example: 2 bedroom apartment on
the Costa Tropical – purchase
price from €109,222 plus taxes –
6 months rent to buy contract
€5,200).
The cost of the rent to buy
contract is deducted from the
purchase price of the property
at the time of purchase. |

The Process for the buyer? |
|

Select the property to purchase
with the rent to buy contract. |

Take out a rent to buy contract
on that property for a specific
duration (between 3 and 24
months, depending on the
development) . |

· |
Take up residence in the
property with exclusive rights
to purchase at any time before
the rent to buy contract expires
under the terms agreed. |

We have negotiated very
competitive purchase prices from
a wide choice of developers.
In some cases we offer an
incentive should you commit to
buy before the end of the option.
All apartments and villas for
sale will be furnished (It
normally takes a month after
payment of your rent to buy
lease option to furnish the
property. Exceptionally this may
not occur, then a furniture
package will be arranged.
Take an inspection trip and view
the property before you buy. If
the property sale completes we
refund you £250 towards the
costs.
